    Entrees can be made Gluten-Friendly, including the breaded chicken dishes. There is no wheat flour in the batter for the breaded chicken. It is a shared deep fryer for the breaded chicken dishes and there is cross-contamination. We can use GF Tamari or other sauces when requested for the entrees. Hearty portions, delicious food! Due to the small space our food truck will not offer every item, every time.

Hana Bistro serves delicious Chinese and other Asian dishes made with the freshest ingredients.  Got food allergies or preferences?  We understand and happily accommodate as our sauces and entrees are made by scratch.  Even 95% of our Chinese entrees can be made gluten-friendly (and taste amazing)! In the small space of the food truck we only have one fryer, so it is a shared fryer (there can be allergen cross-contamination in the shared fryer). We also offer several, delicious vegetarian and vegan options!
